Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] (MQTT-382) Consistency: If QoS=0, QoS is 0, or QoS is set to 0

Brian Raymor commented on MQTT-382:
-----------------------------------

To be clear, I'm talking in general *NOT* just about QoS, so IF <foo>=0 or IF <foo> is 0, or IF <foo> is set to 0.

For example:

841 If Clean Start is set to 1,

> I'm only using QoS as an example.
> I find it easier to read this style especially if multiple bits impact the logic:
> 3163 session with a non-zero Session Expiry Interval. It is common to send Request Messages at QoS=0 and
> than the other variations.
> What the editorial preference? And then consistency should be applied.
