Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] (MQTT-335) "using this version of MQTT"

Andrew Banks updated MQTT-335:
------------------------------

Proposal: Remove the references to "this" version of the protocol and where necessary replace them with a non normative comment advising that inter operation with back level clients wont be possible if they rely on these properties. (was: Remove the references to "this" version of the protocol and where necessary replace them with a description of how to inter operate with the previous version. )

> I do not understand the mantra "using this version of MQTT". For example:
> 1711 A Server MUST send the Payload Format Indicator unaltered to all subscribers receiving the publication,
> 1712 using this version of MQTT.
> 1786 The Server MUST send the Reply Topic unaltered to all subscribers receiving the publication which use
> 1787 this version of MQTT.
> [There are more cases]
> It's implicit that the behavior applies to "this version of MQTT" since the WD is about MQTT version 5 and not some other version.
