Issue about explanation of Session Expiry Interval in MQTT 5 spec

Hi all ,

we gotÂan issue described in the following github repo, but it points to the MQTT 5 spec.

Think the comment is right and it is true that the behavior is not correctly described inÂrelation to the MQTT 3.1.1. behavior.
