I propose to change the statement in the description as "A Client or Server MUST support the use of one or more underlying transport protocols {color:#de350b}*unable to*{color}Âprovide an ordered, lossless, stream of bytes from the Client to Server and Server to ClientÂ[MQTT-4.2-1]."

In fact MQTT-SN v2.0 should be able to work over UDP or non-IP terrestrial or non terrestrial protocols.
