DCML Brings Work to OASIS

The Data Center Markup Language (DCML) Organization is transferring its
specification, technical agenda, membership, and operations to OASIS and
will form the OASIS DCML Member Section, which will promote the use of
utility computing by providing a standard way to represent the IT
environment and enabling data center automation and system management
solutions to easily exchange information about the environment under
management. If you are interested in affiliation with the OASIS DCML Member
Section, please email member-services@oasis-open.org within the next 60
days.

Register Now for OASIS Adoption Forum 

All OASIS members are strongly encouraged to take part in a one-day event in
Brussels, 6 Oct, on "Implementing e-Business Open Standards for End Users
and Public Administration." The Adoption Forum will explore the
implementation of open standards in areas such as Web services,
e-Government, transactional security, and localization. Prior to the event,
OASIS TC meetings, and a UNEC and TSIED seminar will be held. Register
before 15 September to receive the discounted rate.

host the OASIS Product Life Cycle Support (PLCS) TC F2F meeting.  The OASIS
PLCS TC will staff a booth in the Exhibit Hall during the conference.
