EU Representative to Keynote OASIS Adoption Forum; Early-Bird Registration
Ends 15 Sept

OASIS is pleased to announce Alejandro Moya, Head of Sector for the IST
eGovernment Unit, EU Directorate General Information Society, will keynote
at the OASIS Adoption Forum on 6 Oct in Brussels. 

Members of OASIS who register by 15 September receive a 150 USD discount.

WSRP Primer v1.0 Review Period Begins

The OASIS Web Services for Remote Portlets (WSRP) TC approved the WSRP
Primer v1.0 for public review. This document provides a tutorial-oriented
explanation of the main concepts of the WSRP 1.0 OASIS Standard. WSRP allows
for the "plug-n-play" of portals, other intermediary web applications that
aggregate content, and applications from disparate sources. Comments on the
primer are solicited from all interested parties by 14 Oct.
