Open Services for Lifecycle Collaboration (OSLC) develops standards for integrating tools that support the creation and management of software. OSLC addresses change management, test management, requirements management, automation, and performance monitoring. Currently, 22 organizations are participating in OSLC at OASIS including: OASIS Foundational Sponsor, IBM; Sponsors, Boeing, Fujitsu, Mentor Graphics, Red Hat, and Software AG; and others. Several OASIS OSLC TCs are planned for launch over the coming months. The work is open to all, and new participants are welcome.

Members have approved the Transformational Government Framework (TGF) Pattern Language Core Patterns 1.0 as an OASIS Standard. TGF is a practical “how to” standard that describes a managed process of ICT-enabled change in the public sector. The TGF Pattern Language provides a formal set of patterns, each describing a core problem and archetypal solution. Congratulations to the TGF TC chair, John Borras, and to all TC participants including representatives of Foundational Sponsor, Microsoft, and Sponsors, Fujitsu, Nomura Research Institute, and Oracle for this accomplishment.

The Advanced Message Queuing Protocol (AMQP) TC has requested submission of the AMQP 1.0 OASIS Standard to the ISO/IEC Joint Technical Committee 1 (JTC1) for approval as an International Standard under JTC1's "Publicly Available Specification" (PAS) transposition procedure. Members are invited to review and comment before 30 Jun.

The Cross-Enterprise Security and Privacy Authorization (XSPA) TC will update its existing profiles in harmony with HL7, IHE, and other standards efforts. The group will also develop new profiles for emerging applications such as data segmentation and healthcare security classification.
