Can you explain what this addition is trying to achieve?  It is not all that
clear.  Doesn't the previous paragraph define Affiliates sufficiently? What
is the problem that this change addresses?

"Existing OASIS members shall not be considered as Affiliates to one
another, nor shall their Affiliates be considered as Affiliated with
each other, until substantive changes occur to the status by which
the two companies were considered as non-affiliated when they
joined as separate members."
