I have updated the Board F2F agenda to reflect the need for Staff to present on Day 1, moving staff presentations to day 1. This also moves the organizational health discussion to follow on day 2 which allows consideration of those earlier discussions. I also moved Executive Director and Strategy report earlier in day 1, following A items, to reflect importance of this discussion and need for it to frame subsequent discussion.

Also added AMQP draft motion and message link, as distributed (after v1 agenda sent), retitled Dr Carol's agenda item, added Chet.

We can review and update this revised v2 agenda if needed during the agenda review tomorrow morning.
