Laurent and board members,

The email that I just sent out is the latest of the ones that I send
weekly. I will not copy you on these in the future unless some of you
want to see them. I just copied you today so that you could see an
example of what we've been sending.

I am also drafting a more general message to the members as a whole to
send out early this week saying "we know there's a problem - here is
what we are doing to address it." I will make sure you are all copied
on that.

Thanks very much for your candid & frank feedback this past week. The
complaints that you are hearing from your members are completely valid
and fixing the system so that they need complain no more is my #1
priority.
