The Agenda says that the meeting documents are to be found in the Board-Plus workspace -- is that workspace publicly available? if yes, where? If not, has the Board decided not to make its meeting documents public in advance, although openness has been the Board's tradition for many years? Or am I missing something, and the Board-Plus workspace has been publicized and I've missed that announcement?
