(LegalDocumentML) Clarifications needed in charter

The following clarifications will need to be made to the charter prior
to its distribution in the call for participation:

1)  In section 1.b Statement of Purpose

Please reword the sentence "For these reasons, we need to set up a
Technical Committee under the OASIS LegalXML Member Section that… "

to wording such as:

"For these reasons, we need to set up an OASIS Technical Committee that…"

This is to clarify that OASIS TCs are not set up under a Member
Section but rather are set up in conformance with the OASIS process. A
TC may request affiliation with a Member Section and the Member
Section must choose to approve or reject the affiliation. However, TCs
are never set up under a Member Section.

2) In section 2.g Member Section affiliation, please edit the sentence to read:

"The TC intends to request affiliation with the OASIS LegalXML Member Section."

3) The following corrections need to be made to the list of proposers
to correctly identify their membership affiliations:

Mr. Vitali's entry should read:
Fabio Vitali, CIRSFID, University of Bologna, Italy (CIRSFID is the
OASIS member organization)

Mr. Vergottini's entry should read:
Grant Vergottini, Individual member
