Chet,

I don't think you need another email but in the future, the link you have for event title should be the same link as the "meeting details."

The "meeting details" links points away from the meeting details to page as SAP that has no content related to the meeting. Unless I am supposed to login with the 10 digit (assuming the spaces don't count as digits) passcode. (It looks like a phone number to me, but what do I know?)

BTW, it would be clearer if you just omitted the "after the call for comments has closed."

Or, you could do:

Comments Close: (date)

Review Comments Call (if comment received): (date)

Would make a better record just in case someone is interested.

Of course, there could be a TC progress page that tracks the major events in a TC's life, charter, review, specification/standards, etc.
