OK, but I assume this type of information interchange is already
happening. Yes? That is between "Charge Point Owners" and "Central
Management System Suppliers."

BTW, how is a Charge Point Owner different from a Charge Point Vendor?

I ask because the DOE says there are 13,870 electric stations and 34,180
charging outlets in the United States.
