Subject: Re: [oaxal-comment] Reference Model for Open Architecture for XMLAuthoring and Localization 1.0
Hi Patrick, Thank you again for your help and guidance. In light of your comments I propose that we remove any variants from the main specification and refer to them in a subsequent Best Practices document. This is much simpler and clearer. In the main specification document I have changed the text in the last paragraph of Section 2 to: "This Reference Model specifies how the standards listed can be used together to positive effect. Its main purpose is to encourage the integrated use of these standards. OAXAL may allow for some variation in how the standards are used and integrated. These will be defined in a subsequent Best Practices document." I have also updated the OAXAL wiki: http://wiki.oasis-open.org/oaxal/FrontPage#preview The subsequent Best Practices document from the OAXAL TC will conform to the guidelines that you kindly pointed us to in the ProfilesInOasis document. We will discuss this in the next TC meeting. Best Regards, AZ Patrick Durusau wrote: > AZ, > > Andrzej Zydron wrote: >> Hi Patrick, >> >> >> Many thanks for your comments.
