Subject: RE: ODP: [oaxal] Proposed change of regular meeting day/time
Hi everyone, One of the problems that remains unsolved is how to hold teleconferences when you have members participating around the globe. One of the solutions adopted by a few TCs is to alternate meetings - one meeting at a time convenient to some set of participants, and the alternate convenient for those that can't make the first. Hopefully the majority of participants would be able to make both calls, and no decisions would be made unless both calls had a chance to discuss the matter. There's a couple of variations on the theme, and I can provide more details if you're interested.
