OAXAL Progress

Hi Everyone,

I have nearly completed the overall work on the OAXAL wiki:

There are two issues from the last meeting minutes which I would like to 
discuss:

1. The inclusion of TBX and OLIF does not fit in with the other OAXAL 
standards. Whereas all the other standards interact with each other, TBX 
and OLIF are merely exchange standards and have no direct relationship 
with the other components, so I would on reflection like to leave them 
out at present. TBX/Link would definitely fit in with OAXAL, but that it 
at least a year or more away.

2. The mention of any Open Toolkit implementation would, in my mind, be 
best placed in the 'External Resources/Additional Information' section 
of the TC. This goes in keeping with the DITA TC and the DITA Open 
Toolkit, which is not included in the specification, but is mentioned in 
the 'Additional Information' section of the TC.
