where appropriate below. We will discuss these in committee and change 
the document where required:

Thank you for your comment. I will propose that we reword this to 
reflect that xml:tm provides a means to do this via in-document 
matching, and that there are also other means to achieve this via 
previous XLIFF files or appropriate database tables.
