Hi Everyone,

Please find attached the updated final OAXAL specification which 
reflects Patrick's feedback and comments. I have removed the alternative 
options, which will be contained in the Best Practices document. The 
last paragraph in Section 2 now reflects this change:

"This Reference Model specifies how the standards listed can be used 
together to positive effect. Its main purpose is to encourage the 
integrated use of these standards. OAXAL may allow for some variation in 
how the standards are used and integrated. These will be defined in a 
subsequent Best Practices document."
