Accepted: moved: JoAnn H., seconded: Doug D., no objections

Discussed the comments received regarding the OAXAL committee draft
public review process. It was agreed that much useful feedback was
received. The OAXAL Reference model had been updated accordingly. The
most useful feedback had been from Patrick Durusau to leave variations
and implementation specific details to a subsequent 'Best Practices'
/'Implementation Guidelines' committee documents. Much good feedback was
also received from Rodolfo Raya which will hopefully go into these
documents.

A.Zydron had sent the updated Reference Model document to all committee
members and those who had provided feedback.

JoAnn mentioned that the Reference Model required the latest Conformance
Clause to be added. JoAnn to send details to the OAXAL TC mailing list.

It was decided that we could now move the Reference Architecture to an
electronic vote once the Conformance Clause had been added and the
updated OAXAL Reference Model had been sent to all OAXAL TC members.
This vote would be to request OASIS for a formal TC electronic vote. The
vote was proposed by JoAnn H., seconded Bryan S., and Derek S.

Other business:

Most people favored not skipping the TC meeting in August as all of
those present would be able to make the teleconference.

Bryan S. suggested a face to face meeting at the DITA conference in
Munich. Andrzej Z. mentioned that he would be in Beijing at that time at
the LISA conference, but could dial in from China.

Regards,

Andrzej
