JoAnn sent her apologies.

2. OAXAL 1.0 Press Release

Bryan mentioned that the XLIFF TC did not send out a press release announcing the committee vote.

Andrzej suggested that in order to get greater publicity for the next OASIS stage it may be a good idea to have a press release about the committee vote.

It was suggested that we approach Mary McRae to help draft and disseminate the PR for the committee vote.

Andrzej will request help with the PR from Mary McRae.

3. OAXAL Logo

Andrzej proposed that a new logo would be a good idea based on feedback relating to the existing logo. Andrzej will arrange for a graphical artist to prepare some examples for the TC to review.

4. OAXAL Open Tool Kit

Andrzej suggested that the TC starts looking at preparing an Open Toolkit for OAXAL. Bryan suggested that we start looking at Open Source elements that could form the basis of the toolkit.

5. Any other business

Bryan suggested that we look at participating in some of the XLIFF symposia in 2010 with a view to spreading the word about OAXAL. The LRC will be organizing a Symposium in September. Bryan to supply the details.
