Minutes:
1. Roll call: Derek, Doug, 
2. Approve previous minutes: Derek Saldana moved to approve, Doug Domeney seconded
3. OAXAL 1.0 Press Release: AZ wrote to Mary McRae. Mary passed on the request to Carol Geyer, who has helped update the OAXAL public site and recommended that we create an FAQ and arrange an OASIS Webinar on OAXAL with her help. AZ offered to put together the presentation material for the webinar, Bryan offered to help in reviewing the Webinar material. Bryan mentioned that Dee Sure within OASIS can also help organize the Webinar. AZ to write some articles regarding OAXAL in the coming months.
4. OAXAL Logo: AZ is still waiting for artist to submit some proposals for the TC
5. OAXAL Open Tool Kit: Bryan can contribute his part of the XLIFF Open Toolkit, AZ may be able to contribute some code that he wrote for the LRC in 2008 re EU Ignite project.
6. Any other business: Bryan mentioned the LRC XLIFF Symposium. AZ will submit an OAXAL presentation proposal. We discussed ways of including DITA in OAXAL and talked about DITA Simple - a subset of DITA without nested elements, conrefs and conditional processing, but including CALS tables. AZ asked Bryan who to talk to in DITA to help promote OAXAL. Bryan recommended Norm Walsh. AZ to try to take part in DITA Adoption TC with Bryan to help promote OAXAL and DITA Simple/EDEN.
