Subject: License of Obix 1.2 -Reg

I am trying to migrate from Obix 1.0 to Obix 1.1 jar downloaded from sourceforge. The sourcecode for files in java.net package says "Copyright 2007 Tridium, Inc. All Rights Reserved." and doesn’t say that it could be used by public domain as mentioned
in other source files due to which I could not use the jar. Why is it mentioned only for java.net package java files?
