First draft on SOAP bindings and XML schema

Hello,

I just uploaded a first draft of the oBIX SOAP bindings document which 
will be a seperate document for the oBIX 2.0 standard.

There are some questions which I would like to discuss, maybe in the 
next telco:
-) Should the SOAP binding document only apply for oBIX 2.0 or should it 
also reference oBIX 1.1? If yes, what would be the appropriate way to 
declare it, maybe as normative reference? This also influences the XML 
namespaces to be used within the SOAP binding document.
-) There are some minor changes to the WSDL description which could be 
discussed.
-) How to deal with the XML schema? The current version is a first draft 
which will evolve to cover all oBIX features.
