Subject: RE: assigning issues to non-listed commenters

I think it depends.

If it is an editorial issue, merely note the change and go on.

The assigning back process, to my mind, is to deal with more substantive issues. Do we have some? We can add them to the meeting list and all sign off together.

Subject: [obix] assigning issues to non-listed commenters

I’m wondering what we do when the issue needs to be assigned back to the commenter, per our procedure discussed in last week’s meeting, but the commenter is not listed in the OASIS rolls, so is not available in the “assign to” dropdown.

Should we just send them a note?  Or assign it to you, Toby?

Thanks
