Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] (OBIX-100) Confusing organization

    [ https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/OBIX-100?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=39143#comment-39143 ]

Craig Gemmill commented on OBIX-100:
-------------------------------------

Looks like the table properties are intended to be fully covered by the table language. I'm not sure what else to put in any doc sections beyond the description text, which would be redundant. The problem seems to be the inclusion of the Facets property (which IIRC was in response to another PR comment) has confused the issue somewhat since it also appears in the subsequent section. Also, Facets is a general term, *not* a sibling to 'displayName', 'icon', etc. So maybe some reorganization of the numbering is in order.

> "Table 4.1 lists ""Base properties of the OBIX Object type"" but in no apparent sort order.
> It is then followed by multiple subsections, only one of which below 4.1, treats any of the listed properties.
> It would read easier if the listing of base properties of an object were followed by the sections explaining those properties."
