Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] (OBIX-232) Namespace is not valid / does not match CS03

William Cox updated OBIX-232:
-----------------------------

    Affects Version/s: OBIX 1.1 WD39
          Description:
Reference to namespace on line 81 is not valid. This may be due to because the namespace document is not installed until an approved version (e.g. CS03 which has namespace http://docs.oasis-open.org/obix/ns/201410/schema ).

Or it may be due to the namespace change from CS03 (deleting the trailing "/schema") is erroneous.
