Here is WD 42, which contains the latest clarifications on Contract vs. Contract List.  The "changes" versions are simply the final versions with highlighting in the areas where I made changes - not an exact thing, as I did not use Word's change tracking, but it covers the main areas where I recalled making changes.  I hope people have enough time to review this.  I will post a WD 42 zip package which contains the xsd next.
