Question about Secure firmware updates

Hello

I have a question about the SecureFimwareUpdate.req defined in the enhancement to OCPP 1.6.

This request has a location field for the firmware image. How does the Charge  Point download the image based on the location URL?

Is it FTP , or does the CSMS need to define a service to stream the firmware back to the charging station.

   This part does not seem to be present in the specification. Any help with this is appreciated.
