The state/status enumerations "ChargePointStatus" (OCPP 1.6 & earlier) and "AvailabilityState" (OCPP 2.0 Draft) require rework to reflect the 3-tier nature of much modern charging hardware and the OCPP 2.0 Device Model. It is no longer reasonable to try to have a single enumeration that covers the very different possible states/statuses of Charge-Point, EVSE, and Connector tiers as if they were the same (as previous versions did).
