The NULL comment

Dear OData TC,

this is only (a bootstrapping message with the NULL comment to check the 
mailing lists functionality and yield a first resolvable public comment 
id) for testing our tools in documenting, managing and linking future 
comments in a transparent and easy way, minimizing friction and loss.

This is **not** a comment, it is the NULL coment.

But if it were for real, its odata comment id would presumably be

	c201301e00001

(as derived from the expected publicly accessible URL
https://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/odata-comment/201301/msg00001.html ).
