So, thanks to your request, I will do this from now on. I have changed my announcement templates to include sending the announcements to the <tc>-comment@ mailing lists so that people who have subscribed in the past will see the updated announcements.

I now have a number of emails telling me that the public comment period for part of the OData 4 specification is over without any comments being received.  If the TC would like to receive public comments I suggest announcing the *start* of the public comment period on this mailing list.  Currently the announcement appears to go to the TC private list only.
