JIRA status

Our TC admin has set up a JIRA project called ODATA and is in the process of adding the OData TC members to the project (setting up access privileges, etc.). Since there are a number of TC members, it will take a few days to complete setting up access rights for all the TC members. I expect that JIRA project “ODATA” will be ready for use for all TC members by Aug 7^th. I will send a notice once it is ready along with information on how to log in and start using it.

Note: As we discussed at the F2F, JIRA is a tool to keep track of issues and manage their lifecycle. The TC members have { create, modify } privileges while others including the world only have read access.
