At the end of the TC meeting on Aug 9, 2012:

Members who gained voting rights:
- John Wilmes group role has been changed to Voting Member
Members who lost voting rights:
- None
New members
- None
Members leaving
- None

· Members on Leave of Absence:

o Sanjay Patil: August 6 through August 13

o Barbara Hartel: August 9 through August 31

o Martin Zurmuehl: August 5 through August 12

o Hubert Heijkers: August 2 through August 24

o Colleen Evans: August 2 through August 27

Summary

o The TC has 27 voting members, 5 members on Leave of Absence, and 1 Persistent Non-voting Member.

Not attending two consecutive meetings causes members to lose voting rights. Conversely, attending two consecutive meetings allows members to gain or regain voting rights.
