        After discussion with Mike Pizzo and Martin Zurmühl I adapted the document. 

We propose using status "Open" for the TC ToDo list, and adding a new state "Proposed" for issues where a solution proposal has been worked out.

The weekly meeting then only has to go over the "New", "Proposed", and "Applied" issues to keep issues on the move to "Closed".
