to prepare for the upcoming meeting#4 I revisited the
action items and hereby ask:

	Does some member of the TC oppose to close the five
	action items 2, 9, 11, 15 and 16
	without further discussion during meeting#4 ?

Details:

: "Start electronic ballot to find out which dates work best for next 
f2f" the proposed weeks are CW42 Oct 15-19 and CW45 Nov 5-9.

: "Best practices document for issue handling" is *probably already*
