Hint with regard to deleted action items

Dear OData TC co-members,

if you stumble across a deleted action item (eg. following a link), 
which should **not** be deleted, then you will not see the details of 
the action item, but instead a message on red background saying:

        "This action item has been deleted.
        To recover it, contact the Group Administrator."

In that case, please note:

	You are kindly invited to ask the chair, secretary or who else
	also has sufficient rights to see a magic checkbox labeled 	
	"show deleted action items only"*
	to get a handle on that item and undelete it subsequently.


In the not too far future this above cited message MAY be amended 
accordingly.

*) placed at the bottom of the "Filter" form on the left of the screen
