Subject: RE: Agenda for OData TC meeting 2012.08.30
As we discussed at the previous TC meeting, attendees may begin recording attendance 10 minutes before the event begins and may continue to do so until the event stop time. Since we have a large number of members,
in order to help us reduce the roll call overhead and use the precious meeting time on critical work items, I request that you directly register your attendance on the event calendar as early as 10 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.
Steps: 1.
Go to event calendar:
https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/odata/calendar.php 2.
Pick the meeting, in this case Aug 30th, 2012. 3.
Register your attendance (starting 10 minutes prior to the TC meeting) Thanks for your attention! From: odata@lists.oasis-open.org [mailto:odata@lists.oasis-open.org]
