Note that, unlike Functions, Actions may only be overloaded by binding parameter. This is because (among other reasons) the parameters to an Action are provided in the body, rather than in the URL, making it hard to do the overload resolution.

Propose to change the text to:

"The name MUST specify an Action that is bindable to the current EntityType; that is, that is defined with an overload that takes the current EntityType as a binding parameter."
