Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Updated: (ODATA-70) Correct definition of Edm.Time

Ralf Handl updated ODATA-70:
----------------------------

    Description:
According to the ABNF rule "time" Edm.Time is a xs:duration, see http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema-2/#duration.

This is supported by the definition of the years, months, days, hours, minutes, and seconds functions in the URL Conventions contribution, the OSP OData specification http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd541295(v=prot.10) and the current implementations.

See also ODATA-107.
