Hi Barbara,

May I suggest a second day were we do
another 1 hour meeting and only have a meeting on that day if the backlog
becomes to big? Just a suggestion. 

IMHO Starting 15 mins early and stopping
15 mins late would imply most wouldn't be able to attend the full meeting
it sounded like (I was the one with the conflict on the hour before the
meeting;-).

Dear members,
 
we discussed in the last TC meeting September
6 to extend the TC meeting to 90 minutes to be able to get the issues done.
The result was that most of the members liked the idea, but some members
have meetings right after the TC meeting and others right before. So it
looks nearly impossible to start either earlier or to extend the meeting
at the end. With this email I want to start a discussion about this topic.
 
One option which was mentioned in the last
meeting is to start the TC meeting 15 minutes earlier.
