Hi another option is to add
an hour on Tuesday which was the second choice after Thursday.  This
would allow an extra meeting on topics requiring addition discussion for
consensus.

Dear members,
 
we discussed in the last TC meeting September
6 to extend the TC meeting to 90 minutes to be able to get the issues done.
The result was that most of the members liked the idea, but some members
have meetings right after the TC meeting and others right before. So it
looks nearly impossible to start either earlier or to extend the meeting
at the end. With this email I want to start a discussion about this topic.
 
One option which was mentioned in the last
meeting is to start the TC meeting 15 minutes earlier.
