Rephrase rules to make the following query parts case-sensitive:
 - system query option names ($filter, $select, ...)
 - logical operators (and, or, not)
 - comparison operators (eq, le, ...)
 - functions (startswith, ...)
 - Edm primitive types (Edm.String, ...)
 - asc, desc
