Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Updated: (ODATA-138) Remove sections 12 Model Functions and 10.4 Row Types including the subsections

Ralf Handl updated ODATA-138:
-----------------------------

Summary: Remove sections 12 Model Functions and 10.4 Row Types including the subsections (was: Remove section 12 Model Functions)
Proposal: Remove sections 12 and 10.4 with subsections (was: Remove section 12)
    Description:
Model Functions are an isolated feature of CSDL that is not referred to in the URL conventions or the format specifications.

So we know they exist, but we don't know how to call them, or how to represent the results of calling them.

Also RowType is only used for model functions (the reference to function imports in section 10.4 is a typo).
