Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Created: (ODATA-271) Support IsAlwaysBindable through annotation, rather than attribute of function/action
Support IsAlwaysBindable through annotation, rather than attribute of function/action ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Key: ODATA-271 URL: http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/ODATA-271 Project: OASIS Open Data Protocol (OData) TC Issue Type: Improvement Components: OData CSDL v1.0 Affects Versions: WD01 Reporter: Michael Pizzo Fix For: WD01 Functions (and Actions) have a complicated set of attributes, some of which don't really specify the function but rather is used for optimizations around when/how it needs to be advertised. In particular, IsAlwaysBindable is an attribute that serialization may use to omit functions from the payload if they are always bindable and can be called following convention. Such information is better suited to an annotation than an attribute. -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA. - If you think it was sent incorrectly contact one of the administrators: http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/secure/Administrators.jspa - For more information on JIRA, see: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira
