the draft for the minutes of meeting #25 has been uploaded and the web 
service linking the meeting sections and issues has been updated.

Good, that most of the issues ODATA–11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 24, 25, 32, 38, 
41, 73, 107, 108, 109, 110, 114, 119, 132, 158, 169, 180, 181, 182, 187, 
193, 197, 199, 202, 205, 212, 213, 216, 217, 218, 221, 225, 226, 227, 
229, 231, 235, 238 and 241 could be closed or otherwise progressed 
during the meeting so all can concentrate even more on the remaining 
problems to solve before version 4.0 becomes a reality.
