Thursdays' wall clock times in North-America and Europe

Dear all,

You will for sure know that for the remaining March meetings there might 
be an hour of indetermination or discussion w.r.t. the start time.

Since 07:00 is in most cases less convenient than 16:00, I expect / 
suggest that the next meetings will start when a working european wall 
clock shows 16:00 o'clock (i.e. 1 hour earlier!) and for the U.S. and 
maybe Canadian members all should be as usual.

:-)

This is just a convoluted but friendly reminder to the European members 
to please join the meetings starting at 1600 CET until summertime reigns 
also again in Europe.
