Explicitly state that JSON delta responses MAY/SHOULD indicate changes to the media stream by sending a changed value for the odata.mediaEtag annotation on named stream properties and media entities.

State the same for Atom, using the metadata:etag attributes in the media links, and extend the definition of metadata:etag to allow its use in media links.

In JSON delta responses a changed odata.mediaEtag can be sent to indicate that the media stream has changed.

In Atom we currently didn't specify the use of metadata:etag for media links, which seems to be a bug anyway.
