Hi Paul,

I am not a lawyer but see absolutely no impact of 2.8 TC Visibility on 
our procedure. We simply cannot force the editors and tc internal 
reviewers to sit around a single computer. So this is in my 
understanding just a decentralized editor interlan storage which nearly 
neer is on oasis systems.

All output reviewions of such reviews wil for sure be stored as usual in 
kavi and/or SVN of oasis.
