-ordering http headers alphabetically
-adding missing http headers
-reworded data model section
-added missing error codes (501, 304,?)
-rearranged sections ($select, $expand, $format shouldn't be nested under querying collections)

Description
The Open Data Protocol (OData) enables the creation of REST-based data
services, which allow resources, identified using Uniform Resource
Identifiers (URLs) and defined in a data model, to be published and edited
by Web clients using simple HTTP messages. This document defines the core
semantics of the protocol.
